- La Sophia -Tuaca, Disaronno Amaretto, Angostura bitters and cranberry juice finished with Shiraz red wine
- Detroit Dirty Martini - Valentine Vodka, with a splash of McClure’s brine, garnished with a McClure’s pickle
- Side Car - Remy Martin Grand Cru, Cointreau, lemon juice and simple syrup
- Vesper - The classic James Bond Martini. Plymouth Gin, Ketel One vodka and Lillet Blanche
